Malta Weather
When you go on holiday, picking or getting a destination that has got the right climate to suit you is winning half the vacation battle.
You must have heard a few of those misery stories where friends or someone you know has saved up all year to go away, only to find that their holiday had been a complete disaster, and they spent all the time there in the hotel.
A good reason to pick Malta for your chosen holiday destination would be because it has got a very comfortable climate for most of the year round, although unless you really like it very hot, you may not want to visit around August time, as it can reach temperatures of over 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38+ Celsius).
Although August time is the hottest, it seems to be the busiest time of year for all the dancing and partying, as this is when the Island is at it’s busiest, with it’s bustling nightlife and well visited tourist attractions.
June also seems to be a fairly popular month to visit, because it is a good month for visitors that don’t like it too hot, as it is the month before the real summer starts to build up.
The coldest months are from around December through to around February, where it gets to about 59 degrees Fahrenheit, although depending on where you have travelled from, this can still be very warm. In fact on some occasions it has been warm enough to have a barbeque on Christmas day.
If you are planning on visiting around Easter time, then you may want to bring a warm waterproof jacket, as it is around this time that it gets a little bit chilly, and can also chuck down a bit of rain as well.
But the secret is knowing what to expect before you go on your Malta Holiday and you won’t be too disappointed.
